Welcome to phh44 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phh44 governing your access to and use of the phh44 website located at phh44.app and all related services, games, and content made available through it.

By registering an account on phh44, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by phh44, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the phh44 Platform.

These Terms apply to all Filipino players and any other users accessing the phh44 Platform from the Republic of the Philippines or any other permitted jurisdiction. The Platform is operated in alignment with applicable Philippine laws and the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the phh44 website at phh44.app, all associated subdomains, mobile-accessible versions, and any services, games, tools, or features offered therein.
• "Account" means a registered user account opened by an eligible individual on the phh44 Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's phh44 Account at any given time, expressed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account pursuant to an active promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by phh44 prior to enabling withdrawal functionality on any Account.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is (a) under 21 years of age, (b) located in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, (c) registered on a self-exclusion list, or (d) otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "Applicable Laws" means the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including without limitation the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), Republic Act No. 9287, and any regulations issued by PAGCOR from time to time.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, domain names, software code, game content, text, graphics, and other proprietary material owned by or licensed to phh44.

To be eligible to use the phh44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
3. You are not a resident of, nor currently located in, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
4. You are not a current employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phh44 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors;
5. You have not previously been suspended or permanently excluded from the phh44 Platform;
6. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or mandatory, issued by phh44 or any gaming regulator; and
7. You are registering and operating a single Account in your own true name and with your own funds.

phh44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain any eligibility criterion may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and/or withholding of winnings derived from ineligible play, in accordance with these Terms and Applicable Laws.

To access the real-money features of phh44, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address — is truthful and corresponds to your actual identity.

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active phh44 Account. Registering or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. If phh44 identifies duplicate Accounts associated with the same individual (whether by name, address, device, payment method, IP address, or any other identifier), phh44 may close all but one Account, void any associated Bonus Funds, and withhold any winnings generated through duplicate Account activity.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your login details and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phh44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security. You must notify phh44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You must promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and current. phh44 may rely on the information in your Account record for all correspondence, payment processing, and identity verification purposes. Providing false or misleading information at any point constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

phh44 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawal functionality is enabled on any Account.

To complete KYC, you will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted IDs include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence (LTO), SSS Card, UMID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID;
• A selfie photograph taken while holding the submitted ID document, with your face clearly visible; and
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement) if requested by phh44 as part of an enhanced due diligence process.

phh44 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including in connection with large transactions, unusual account activity, or periodic re-verification. phh44 may delay or withhold processing of withdrawal requests until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.

phh44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based users: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

6.1 Currency

All real-money transactions on phh44 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless a specific game or feature operates in a different nominated currency, in which case the applicable exchange rate will be displayed prior to transaction confirmation.

6.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your phh44 Account within 30 to 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing schedules. phh44 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.3 Own Funds Only

You warrant that all funds deposited to your phh44 Account are your own legally obtained funds and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. phh44 may decline or reverse transactions that it reasonably suspects involve third-party funds or money laundering activity.

6.4 Failed Transactions

phh44 is not responsible for failed deposit transactions caused by issues at your payment provider, bank, or mobile wallet operator. If a deposit is deducted from your payment source but does not appear in your phh44 Account within 30 minutes, please contact phh44 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by KYC-verified Account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to phh44's withdrawal routing policies.

7.1 Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified Accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 30 minutes to several hours. phh44 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before applicable daily cut-off times.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

phh44 may withhold or delay withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or is pending review;
• The Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violation;
• Applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds have not been satisfied;
• There is a pending dispute or chargeback associated with the Account; or
• The withdrawal amount exceeds applicable daily or transaction limits set by phh44 or the relevant payment provider.

7.3 Forfeiture of Unclaimed Funds

Player Balances on dormant Accounts (Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more) may be subject to inactivity fees or account closure proceedings in accordance with phh44's dormant account policy, which will be communicated to you via your registered email address prior to any action being taken.

phh44 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Account holders from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. phh44 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not satisfied within the stated timeframe.

8.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered phh44 Account holders only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one claim per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to exploiting technical errors, creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using automated means to place qualifying bets — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

8.3 phh44's Right to Modify Promotions

phh44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not apply retroactively to Bonus Funds already credited to an Account, except where required by Applicable Laws or where the modification is necessary to correct a clear error.

All games available on the phh44 Platform are operated in accordance with their respective game rules, which are made available within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to comply with the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game's mechanics, but these Terms shall govern all account, payment, and conduct matters.

9.1 Game Integrity

phh44 utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its electronic games and independently audited live dealer studios for its live casino products. phh44 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the Platform or to the detriment of any individual player. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within individual game information panels.

9.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, phh44 will investigate and, where possible, restore the game to its last valid state. If a game round cannot be restored, affected bets may be voided and the relevant staked amounts refunded to the Player Balance. phh44 will not pay out winnings attributable to a technical error or system malfunction, regardless of the amount displayed on screen.

9.3 Disconnection

phh44 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connection issues, mobile data interruptions, or device failures on the player's side. Players in the Philippines are advised to use stable connections when participating in live dealer games or time-sensitive betting events.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phh44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering as a Prohibited User or providing false information during registration or KYC;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of gaming activity to obscure the origin of funds;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software forming part of the phh44 Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that phh44 reasonably determines constitutes abuse of the bonus system; and
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phh44 staff or other players through any communication channel.

phh44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider;
• Discovery that the Account holder is a Prohibited User;
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement body; or
• At the Account holder's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Where an Account is suspended or closed for a reason other than a breach by the Account holder, any verified real-money Player Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Account holder via the most recent withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, phh44 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Player Balance to the extent necessary to cover any losses, costs, or liabilities suffered by phh44 as a result of the breach, subject to Applicable Laws.

phh44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable players to manage their gaming activity effectively. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming controls, accessible from the Account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict how much can be loaded into your Account within a given period;
• Loss Limits: Thresholds that restrict net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a nominated duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary suspension of Account access for a nominated period (minimum 7 days) or permanently.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and without administrative delay. Once self-exclusion is activated, phh44 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your Account for the duration specified. You must not attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new Account.

All Intellectual Property on the phh44 Platform — including but not limited to the phh44 brand, logos, trade names, website design, software, game content, text, images, and audiovisual material — is either owned by phh44 or licensed to phh44 by its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phh44 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phh44 Intellectual Property without prior written consent from phh44 or the relevant rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, phh44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the phh44 Platform.

phh44's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your phh44 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phh44's liability for death or personal injury caused by phh44's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Laws.

The phh44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phh44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content or games accessible through it.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by phh44 is governed by the phh44 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an Account and using the phh44 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

phh44 processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and any implementing regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by Applicable Laws, including AML record-keeping obligations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and phh44 relating to your Account, a game outcome, a payment, or these Terms, you should first contact phh44 customer support to seek an informal resolution. phh44 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents phh44 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

phh44 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — phh44 will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your Account no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phh44 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
